Hello..
I am Charlene Milner welcome! Thank you for joining me as I journey to the top and conquer the seven summits of the world.
For the past 25 years, I have owned and successfully managed Busy Bodies Gym in Ndola. During this time, I have effectively coached hundreds of people to achieve their fitness goals, and improve their lifestyles, and mental and physical well-being.
My mission is to be the first Zambian woman from Ndola to climb the seven world summits and utilize my mountaineering and sporting achievements to raise awareness of and money for grassroots organizations in Ndola, Zambia. These organisations support women’s and children’s health, welfare, education, and the mental health of youths.
I discovered my passion for mountain climbing in 2017 when I climbed Kilimanjaro (5,895m). This climb propelled me to take my next journey in 2018 to the foot of the Himalayas in Nepal, as I looked at Mt Everest and her sisters I became impassioned to climb the world seven highest mountains. In 2019 I summited Mt Elbrus (5,642m) the highest peak of the Caucasus Mountains in Russia.
In February 2023, I will summit Cerro Aconcagua (6,962m) in Argentina, and in April 2023 Mt Everest. Mt Aconcagua is one of the seven summits. I have been training hard for these summits and I invite you not only to join me on my journey but also partner with me to make this a reality as well as create the social impact for the organisations I support.
